Notwithstanding the above, Big Country Energy Services
is prepared to grant to you a limited license to use the
Logos subject to the limitations described below. By
clicking "Accept", you signify your acceptance of the
terms set forth in this legal agreement.
Limited
License
You are permitted to use the Logos in connection with
legitimate journalistic editorial works only. This may
include journalistic editorial works published in
magazines, newspapers, books and on the internet. All
Logos so used must be reproduced in association with
the following notice: "Copyright © Big Country Energy
Services LP. All rights reserved." Logos must not be
altered.
No Logos exceeding 100 dpi (including
without limitation, CMYK high resolution) may be placed
online in a downloadable or FTP format, or otherwise
made available in an electronic format. It is a
violation of this legal agreement to use any Logos for
or in connection with any defamatory, pornographic,
obscene or illegal use, or in connection with any use
not expressly authorized by this agreement.
No license to use any text or other copyright material
or content, other than the Logos, is granted hereby
without prior written consent..
Termination
This license may be terminated at any time by Big
Country Energy Services LP.
Other Uses
Uses other than those set forth in this legal agreement
require the written permission of Big Country Energy
